Often times we see threads on these forums expressing dissatisfaction with
a vendor's product or service, but not as many in praise of the same. I'm posting this thread to inform the readers of vendor who I have found very pleasureable to deal with and that is Dynatrac. Their customer service is impeccable ! I have found no other vendor in my experience with the level
of concern for customer satisfaction shown by the guys at Dynatrac.
I recently had a Warn locking hub to develop a minor glitch and after a few minutes on the phone , Robert (Marburger) had me a new set on the way
to Arkansas. When this set didn't arrive on time for whatever reason, Robert
sent another pair overnight making sure that I would be ready for an upcoming trip to Colorado of which I had already informed him. IMHO, Robert
is a stand up kind of guy with a very genuine concern for treating the customer right . All of my phone calls have been promptly returned and my e-mails answerd quickly. I know there will be those who say that this kind of
treatment should be expected from an $ 1800 purchase, but most of us know
all too well that it's not always the case in this day and age. The type of treatment one receives after the sale is what really leaves a lasting
impression and Robert and the guys at Dynatrac accel in that category.
