I had the TSB performed about a month ago, and it feels like the truck has lost the "kick" I used to get as soon as the turbo kicked in. I have not towed since it was done, that will be about another 2 weeks. I'm really concerned that the brute power I bought this truck for has been nutered. I had the truck Dyno'd at a chapter Dyno day when the rig had 2K on the clock. I'm considering taking it out to the same Dyno (at AFe products in Corona) to see if my fears are justified.

Has anyone else put their truck on a Dyno since having TSB 18-037-04 done on their (stock) truck??? I'm kinda afraid to find out... ..... :{

DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT

I posted the same thing about 2 weeks ago and got no responses. Do it. Let me know.

Same here, After the flash it did seem to loose the seat of the pants kick. I believe it is because they pull some of the injection " on " time away to increase the fuel economy. Marc

When flashed, I am usually happy, but ...

I did not have mine dyno'd other than the "seat of the pants" dyno before having the flash done...

I agree - DEFINITELY lost some of the kick - especially in the top end of the rpms... I would go back if I could!! City MPG improved by about 1 mpg. Highway, I lost about . 5 - 1 mpg.

The Overhead is WAY optimistic now - I am running 315s and the overhead is close to my hand calcs WITH NO TIRE ADJUSTMENT in the engine computer!!

I have more rattle (ping) now too when driving normally.

I may ask the stealership to try to re-flash the ECM again with the update to make sure all is loaded correctly... I am not completely unhappy, but I am disappointed from the reflash. If dealer has no answers, I may consult Cummins - there is a GREAT shop close to me!

Please keep us informed if you re-Dyno!! I am _SO_ curious!!

I think I will try calling Afe tomorrow, and see if they can get me in this weekend. The more I think about it, the more it bugs me. I'm towing over the turkey day weekend for the first time since the re-flash, and have some anxiety over it. I'll post if I can get into Afe this weekend when I find out... ... ... Sarge
