ATS Diesel houses a top-of-the line Mustang dyno that they are going to open to the public on March 3, 2012 at 10AM. This is an excellent opportunity to see what kind of horsepower and torque your truck has at the rear-wheels. The event will also play host to some of the highest horsepower trucks in the country, including 1000+ horsepower race trucks. ATS will also have an open house at the event, so even if you just stop by to hang out, it will be a fun time. Diesel trucks wont be the only thing smoking, because they are planning a BBQ as well. This is a family fun event so bring everyone. Young children may want ear protection because these trucks don't have a mute button!

Sign-up for the dyno is at the door and is first-come-first-serve. It will be $75 for 4 runs, and prizes will be awarded.

Even not getting on the dyno it should be a good time. Clint and the troops always treated us pretty good. Wonder if he graduated to a real engine and got rid of that d-max.

Wondering if anyone can get on the powerstroke site, or know someone who can, and make sure those folks know. Shay Black was a member here but don't know if she still is.

Be good to have some get togethers again - maybe this is a start.

Spent a little time at ATS yesterday. Quite the facility. Parking lot was a challenge. Didn't pay too much attention to what was going on - just looked around for familiar faces - didn't see any. Looked like folks were having a good time and guys in ATS shirts were willing to talk and answer questions. Modified trucks around the facility with the hoods up - mostly Dodge/Cummins looked like to me. Had the dog with me and she doesn't care for the leash that much so didn't stay long. Looked like a good day for the ATS crew - glad of that.

Drove "Ugly" down to the event. Got lots of "snears":-laf as I tried to find a parking spot;). Brought my Son. He enjoy the one dyno run we witnessed. A Screamin zonker with 1000 Ft Lbs of Torque Oo. !

Shop was heavy with diesel exhaust, what do ya expect;)! Didnt hang around long. Some of those modified rigs were certainly COOL! The one by the door that was jacked up, had no springs, flat or coil. It had air bags! Never seen that before! However the rear tires had more noticeable wear than the fronts. A function of the jacking?

Also noticed that the rear diff was tilted to accept the higher angle to the driveshaft. However the front axle did not have that tilt? Just some observations. NICE Looking TRUCKS! Not my cup of tea. My Son was more interested in the free "game room":-laf! GregH

If one were to just wonder into a shop for a dyno run, I can see maybe $50. $75 for an event is robbery (It's ATS, I expect no less).

That $75 for 4 runs. Most dyno events give you one pull for your money. So if you go by the pull, ATS is right there with everyone else.

I would have to disagree. Dyno time is usually about $150 to $200 per hour. Factor in hook up, run, tear down, and the report, and $50 or $75 is a deal. Just my opinion.
