Dyno Day in Albuquerque

For those who haven't been to NMTDR forums recently, the New Mexico chapter is holding a Dyno Day with prizes and goodies to give away.

first light is Jefferson, turn right (northward).

Flash is on your left about 1/4 mile up.

Can you tell me more about the event. What is a DynoDay? What time? What's the cost?

At a Dyno Day, a bunch of us put our trucks on the dynamometer, measuring horsepower and comparing our trucks. There are three competition classes: street stock - single turbo, diesel fuel only; modified = pump conversions and twin turbos, diesel only; competition = anything goes, drugs, etc. We have the shop for the whole day, and probably will get done some time in the afternoon. I think it is $60 to dyno, but prizes will sweeten the deal. . .
