Well guys, today was Dyno Day in Monroe Wash.

Piers, Mark, Bill K and family, Fred (SlyBones), Bill (Bcaldwell), Jason from NW Custom and a bunch went down. (I missed out due to prior commitments :( )

As you all know, Mark is pretty competitive when it comes to these things..... why just last night, he layed a serious beating on a poor unsuspecting lobster, ok, several actually, and they were heard to say "... . is he always so Crabby ... . " ;);)

just before he terminated there miserable existence. .

Mark was quite upset that someone had the nerve to cook his 'striped racing lobster' before he had a chance to do a few 'runs' down the driveway with it... . ;)

Now I have it on good authority that he and rest of the gang inflicted some truly brutal punishment on some unsuspecting Tequila, and other beverages as the night wore on.....

You should have seen all the cops around Piers' place too.....

Now the only reason I mention this is because today, they were all supposed to do some dyno runs... .

Ok, here's the question..... what did nascar mark do for numbers on the dyno????

The person who gets closest with their guess wins 5 Bonus RWHP :):)

**NOTE** if you were there, you CAN'T play.....

ps: I'd like to thank Louise, Kate, Piers and the family for being wonderful hosts, and making the evening a real fun time. My wife who is a bit shy, said she had a great time and she would also like to thank the whole Piers clan for a great evening. . THANK YOU!

Bob.

Bob, You didn't see anything. You should have stayed a little longer as you would have seen Sandy wrestling Piers and Jason on the kitchen floor. My poor money making lobster got eaten. Oh I hope it wasn't the one on my plate. Didn't get to sleep until 4:00 and back up at 7:30 for the trip down.

As far dynoing, it didn't happen. After playing with Piers and Fred, I had a noise in the motor and after changing out the injection pump, it was still there. So without doing anymore damage, Piers, Sandy and I went home, lent me his truck and grabed his trailer and drove us back down and picked my truck up and brought it back to Piers house. Made for a long day as we didn't get back until 1:00 am. Have to take truck to the shop today and start tear down tommorrow. :( Once we fix my engine it will be back to building my other engine.

Want to thank Piers, Louise and family for the great night of entertainment and hospitality.

And a special thanks to Louise for understanding the need to disrupt her night at ADP. I owe you big. Thank you.

And a big thanks to Piers who took the time to help me and Sandy and missed your christmas dinner at ADP. You are a class act as always. You always go out of your way to help the people in need. Without your support we would have been in trouble.

Also would like to thank Mark, Al, Harry, Jason, Nathan and Lenny from ADP for tools and a hand.

Ya, that poor ole lobster didn't know what hit it..... it was a solemn ceremony and not a dry eye in the house... ;)

Geez mark, sorry to hear about the malfunction... I was hoping for some new "wildman" record to be set... .

I had a bet with myself on were you'd end up, but now that will have to wait... . bummer. I really was looking forward to a report on how some things worked out. . ;)

As for Piers/Louise and the gang,,, what can anyone say... they are great hosts, and even better friends. Not many would do what they did and come all the way home, turn around and go all the way back...

That's why I personally support them when I can. Class act all the way. .

Good luck on the engine repair and don't forget to let us know what you find when you get in there...

ps: I hope Sandy took it easy on those two old farts, they aren't as young as they used to be you know. . ;)

Regards, Bob.
