dyno day wausau sat may 10

K&S Fuel Injection will be having their open house/dyno run on may 10. the event will be similar to the run last oct. they will have a representative from BD Power there, and the local rock radio station will be there midday taking qualifiers for the final raffle for their "hog of the century".



dyno will be first come first serve, and maybe even a rsvp a few days before if you know you have some power you want to show. dyno runs will be $50, and you will be able to run and change some things and rerun if desired.



there will be FREE food and refreshments available all day!



i will try to post directions and answer some questions in a week or so.



if any one can and would, would you please post this event on other forums. i would like to see a few ford and chevs there too.

I just hope I get close to Fireman Dave's truck. Wow, that monster should be in a whole different class. Wicked isn't even close!!

Anybody know how long it took them to clean the soot off the walls from the last time we dyno'd? Hopefully it'll be warmer so ALL of the doors will be left open. I think all the food should be kept in air tight containers until after Fireman Dave makes his run.

I have the III's (almost) and a new box on the way, but without a clutch *cough cough*, I wont be able to defend any title... are you seeing this Aron?

As for defending my title, what fun is it for the same person to keep winning? Someone else should have a chance. A spread the wealth kind of thing.



My truck will be there, but I'll only run it if I can operate it. I'm more interested in seeing how my neighbor does. Hot-Rod GB auto, . 191 DV's, custom cam plate. Should make for some fun.

No. At least last year they wouldn't. The guy running my truck over-revved it once. I warned him about doing that. He listened so well that he did it again on the next run. Only worse. The truck's fine, but I don't want to tempt fate. 3800 rpm (maybe a touch more) doesn't sit very well with me. I think you understand.



And besides, I think that BS Dave will get an award this year for the least amount of HP. I've been working on the neighbor's truck and I guarantee it won't be him.

Oops... I was refering to you running and your title on the "*cough cough*/are you seeing this" thing. I admit it was a most confusing post. I am very sorry and publicly appologize that 1) I wrote it that way, and 2) That it was read that way. My bad. As far as Dave's goes, I'm still working on it. Hope to have the new system ordered this week. They've been working on some software changes for it. Hopefully it will be done in time for the July dyno event. But we'll see.

The woman wants to know!!!!!!! I have questions about the dyno day on May 10th. Are any women planning on attending? What time does the event start and where is it, exactly? Is anyone planning on, or interested in camping? What are good campgrounds in the area? What else is there to do (for those of us not needing to get high on diesel smoke)? Is there a bike path close? Thanks for the info.
