They hosted a dyno day a few months ago. Hopefully it will happen again. Sounds like it was a good time.

Thanx for the input, called today and left a message, hope to hear back from them soon as they are pretty close to home.

bpenrod,

I see we are in the same area, I am about 30 min west of Detroit (suburb) let me know if you have a good experience with getting your truck dyno'ed. I would be very interested in getting my tested as well.

Soon as I hear back from them will do. I wonder of there is any savings scheduling two trucks together... ... , I'll have to ask them about that!

Bill

I just talked to Tom @ Payn Technologies, real cool guy, he said we would have to schedule it one or two weeks out but he just got himself a new 600 and we talking boxes for a few mins. I would not mind trying to schedule someting in the next couple of weeks to see what are trucks can do.

Dyno

We were over there when tom had his first dyno run. It was pretty interesting considering all of the guys who had edge boxs switch to ramifier boxs when they left. We put a ramifier in the same truck that ran a edge box and picked up 20 more pony's with the ramifier. We also watched mike halas blow his twin setup apart, everyone took ten steps back when he pulled in. :--)

All in all it was a good day and was nice to finally bury the hatchet and put some hard numbers to the ground instead of people talking about all of there made up hp. :D

I drove the Ramifier on my truck after the Edge and I won't say one os better than the other buth they are different. The ramifier seems to drop off in the higher RPMs and when I'm running hard that is where I am at until I can catch up with the shifting!
