Well, I got to do a few dyno runs today.

First run was in 4th gear and was 387 Hp.

Second was in 5th and was 397 HP.

The third was in 5th and was 398 HP.

Uncorrected I was at 403.

I am running out of fuel,on the top end side for sure. I only have the 3400 rpm gov springs. Anyone care to guess what i am going to put in it? Yep 4000 rpm gov springs.

We had decent weather to work with. At one point the owner of the speed shop decided to let me spray about 10 pounds of nitrous across the intercooler. The intercooler was frosted over pretty well, the HP actually never increased. This leads me to beleive the intercoolers in our trucks are very efficient.

It was a fun time for everyone.

You have a very strong truck, nice work. I bet the guys hanging out there just about fell over when they seen how fast your truck spun that dyno up,and the hp/torque.

Thanks, I am using a 12cm housing from Kurt Yardley.

I am getting about 43 psi at the most. I actually seems to make more power around 35psi. I think the hot boost is the problem.

During one of the dyno runs we shot about 10 pounds of nitrous across the intercooler and got it real frosty. I increased the boost to 50 psi (Kurt, you did not read this) and made less power.

I did try some power services injector cleaner. It made no difference.

Don~

Let me know how your truck turns out.

Excellent

Don, Excellent numbers, can't wait to get mine on the dyno. I did get those valve springs in though. It took me and a friend a little over two hours so you know what your looking at as far as time.

Keep bombing,

Scott
