I believe you are right about the stock CP3, seems we are all limited to somewhere under 600, it's doing all it can.
 
I got popping until I turned the TST down.

I cannot run any of the tq settings on my TST, while I have Smarty software loaded, it pops. And if I turn the power past 3 on the TST while stacked with Smarty, I lose power.



How did you manage to get 06 headlights on your 03? And why?:-laf You did not change your "scalloped" filler piece between your headlights and bumper.

This is what I ran to get the popping.



Smarty Level 9 REVO (Torque Management = Wild, Injection Timing = for Aftermarket Injectors, Rail Pressure = Wild)



PowerMax CR (Power = 5, Torque = 5, and Rail Pressure = 3)



The settings above equated to about 430hp.



I then changed the PowerMax CR as noted below.



554 hp and 1021 tq = PowerMax CR (Power = 4, Torque = 2, and Rail Pressure = 2)



544 hp and 1235 tq = PowerMax CR (Power = 3, Torque = 3, and Rail Pressure = 3)



This is with the timing advance turned off on the TST.

Those are 07 headlamps (bigger reflector then the 06) mounted to 06 fenders. The bumper is off an 05 due to a run in with a Mercedes. I am saving money for a baja type bumper from Carli Suspension. Oh and the reason I went with the 07 headlamps is because I have 55w HID's behind them and I have no need for anymore light.
