Drilling AN Fittings

just sold my 96. have some parts on ebay

#ad

5k feet in elevation, humidity around 80%, temps between 25*F and 30*F, and SNOWING.

The first run was with the EZ off (boost fooler only - no data port connection). 190. 88 hp & 436. 91 tq

Second run was EZ on level 2. 259. 11 hp & 663. 23 tq (+68. 23 & 226. 32)

Third and Fourth runs was the EZ on 2 and the Water/Meth (50/50 mix, 140 psi pump, 2 - 375ml injectors). 322. 78 & 314. 00 hp and 756. 04 & 758. 60 tq (+63. 67 & 92. 81)

The W/M injection did a heck of a lot better than I thought as cold as it was. I am a bit dissapointed in my stock numbers - what the hell happened to the 245 HO motor?

I can't wait for those 70*+ days to get here.

Wait to go Sticks!! The Water Methanol did some good things for your truck for sure!! When do you have the hobbs switch flipping on? Good numbers bud!

I have the stage 1 variable controller set at start = 8psi, and full on = 25psi. I am going to upgrade to the stage two variable controller this spring. 8psi is too soon.

My numbers were:

274. 71 HP 747. 48 TQ #2 ONLY -Valet Mode-

431. 88 HP 1061. 98 TQ #2 ONLY

460. 39 HP 1088. 64 TQ Water/Methanol ON

28. 51 HP 26. 66 TQ = Gains from water/methanol. I think thats not bad considering I am kinda out of air and I was running a 43% mix.

I have (2) 625 ML nozzles and the 140 PSI pump.

mdivincentis,

Either more air, or cut back a few sizes on one of your W/M injectors. Bring your sheets to the ATS meet and we can get with Matt Snow (too many Matts in this chapter!) to see what can be done. You should have seen more than 28hp.

All new world of tuning for us with this setup. I may have to kill a day over at dyno pro and swap out W/M injectors to see what happens.

Great results. The low stock power may be due to winter fuel blend. With all this Water/meth hype I may just have to get me some!
