Dyno update w/ stage 3's

Just thought i'd share these numbers for comparison sake. I swapped the 275 RV injectors for a set of stage 111 Diesel Dynamics. Last November I put down 401. 9 HP & 851 ft/lbs. Dynoed yesterday, and with the new injectors cranked 447. 4 HP & 977 ft/lbs.

I was very satisfied considering im still running a stock turbo, anyone with a similar setup or who's had this setup let me know how the numbers compare.

The truck is totally different , now with the box off it feels like it's on 1/5 (that might even be conservative) and the smoke is much less than I expected. I drive all day on 3/3 and smoke isn't an issue, any higher and there's a puff for a split second till the boost kicks in. A trip to the dragstrip resulted in a 14. 25 @ 98 mph ( almost a 4 mph improvement ) with very limited traction, I could only manage a 2. 37 60ft when the trip before I got a 2. 16. All you high HP 2 wheel drive guy's I think traction is an issue that needs to be addressed (ie traction bars/better tires.

Anyone considering these injectors ( of course with proper transmission/clutch upgrades) i'd recommend them. Now I just need a turbo to help use some of the extra fuel in 5/5 Oo.

Wll you have almost the same setup I have. Its good to know that I should dyno around 450 when we finally get a dyno in Alaska.....



I think the only differences in our trucks are 4x4, you have a comp and I have an EZ and PE and I have a PDR turbo
