Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Dyno with winter tires, can I?

I just put on my Blizzac W965 235/85/16 winter tires and would it be accurate to dyno with them on? I'd probably fill them up with 80psi to make them stiffer but would the tread hold up to over 700TQ?

if they wont hold, throw a six pack of adult beverages in the bed and let your buddies have front row seating while you dyno
