E-Brake Cables

I am working on a 2000 5.9 gen-2 with drum rear brakes. I wanted more stopping power.
I found a disk brake rear end out of a newer Gen-2. I did the switch and brakes are working fine.
The problem that I have is that I can not find the correct set of E-Brake cables.
Can anybody point me in the correct direction to resolve this.

This appears to fit for an '02. There seems to be a slight difference between 4x2 or 4x4 on the left side.

I just had a local hose shop cut an make me one. We'll see how it goes when I install it.
