e brake help

I am doing a conversion into a 1994 Chevy K3500HD. The truck had a NV4500 with e-brake on the tailshaft. I was thinking of going to a NV5600(already have trans) & also converting to 4x4. What can I do for an e-brake? This is a tow truck & uses PTO driven pump, so I need something for e-brake while it is running. Is the a t-case I can use with a e-brake on it? Thanks for any help.

With a K3500HD, that should have a 14 bolt rear axle? There are plenty of backing plates on 14 bolts with e brakes, yours dosen't have one? Your transfer case of would be NP205?
