I'm not used to the 24 valve forum because I'm partial to the 1st Gen, but my dad has a 2001 that we've been looking at exhaust brakes for. Does anyone have pros or cons on the manufacturers available? He also plans to use it to keep combustion chamber temps up for extended idling, any thoughts on this? After investigating e-brakes, I'm thinking about adding LED's to indicate 3rd and 4th gear when using torque converter lock-up switch. Thanks.

Do a search on e-brake. There is lots of information posted.
I have the BD brake which I really like. I use it for warm ups of aprox 4 minutes. Does not take long to see the temp guage rise.
There are several different brands available.

I bought the Mopar "Jacob's Exhaust Brake" kit at the same time I bought my truck and installed it myself. Instructions were excellant and brake works great !
