Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) e-z question

I just put an edge e-z on my truck set on #2 setting , the way I understand it I should get extra fueling at 10 pounds of boost the question is do I get the benifit of exta timeing befor that?

If I recall correctly yes timing all the time, fuel added at the respective boost psi.
