I've been away from the TDR for quite a while so if this has been covered already, my apologies. I was channel surfing the other day and caught the end of one of those shade tree mechanic shows that had a guy using a handheld device to re-program the ECM on his Cummins. Anyone know what the story is on this device? Thanks in advance...
