ECM Update

I drive a 2006 1 ton. According to the Dodge dealer there is a update for the engine control module program. Part number S35235553A5. Does anyone know what the program changes performance-wise? I tow a big fifth wheel, usually 55 to 65 mph. This is the reason we bought the truck. It would be great if there was a engine control module program that optimized performance for this specific use of the truck. Bruce
