Hi all, some might have seen my post on the 911 section. short story is the Eco has blown 2 hours from home and the regional rep is saying no go with a replacement engine due to a Banks Bullet and silencer tube intake set up.... Do I do a class action??? more prying with f.c.a. I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row for the battle starting next week. Guess my first try is to see if the dealer will contact the rep on my behalf, we both know the Banks didn't cause the failure.The problem will be proving it on both sides.First I need to hear what exactly has happened????? and document everything... 2015 eco 77k pampered miles shouldn't be a boat anchor H.E.L.P.

So what was the outcome on your engine Miller?

Went to arbitration with negative outcome. Bought a totaled 2016 truck engine and had installed. Awaiting opt-out outcome for emissions Eco-gate....Hopefully will at least cover the engine replacement end... Do I keep it and roll the dice??? time will tell, bought it originally to drive into the ground, but way to many issues going on at this point.....

They lifed the and listened,that's the only diagnosis that was made. I have a video if I could figure out how to load it.

BANKS AND EVERYONE ELSE KNOWS THE BULLET WASN'T THE CAUSE OF THE ENGINE FAILURE!!!!!

Trying to read the posts, it seems like something is missing or edited. What was the failure? How can you prove that the Banks devices didn't cause the failure? FCA will deny warranty, unless proof their engine failed due to their known failures or their design. Justice isn't cheap, sometimes the attorney fees will prevent the middle class, that can't afford lengthily court battles from getting justice. At least the engine should be torn down by a respected shop and diagnosed.
