ED Turbos???? Shady character??!!!

Heard some info last weekend about Chris over there at Engineered Diesel about dealing with him and his turbos. Before you get your panties in a wad, I just want to be clear, I just heard this. So what I have heard is that for one, ED don't build thier own turbos, cut their own wheels ect. I have heard that he farms it out and then puts his name on it!!! Second, I have heard that he is kind of a shady character to deal with. Reason I heard this is because a turbo was sent to ED to get re-engineered and some how it disappeared!! Has no idea where it went!!! So tell me fellow TDR friends, whats the deal with ED?!!!! How true of a company is ED?!!

Everything I have heard of them has been 100% top notch. If I had money for a great turbo, it would either be theirs or a BB Garrett.
