Edge chip on Craigslist, seems cheap

I was just browsing on Craigslist this morning on ran across a Edge chip for a 04. 5 or newer truck. How do you know if it is any good? Doesn't it seem kind of cheap? Anyways here it is if anyone is interested. I don't know if I will act on it or not. I just acquired a car that I need to get some stuff done too. Only so much $$$$ to go around.

yes, thats is crazy cheap...



BUT with someone stating a 5 mpg gain with the chip, they clearly do not know what they are talking about. Which can be good or bad, Good - cause they have no idea what the market is on a used EDGE EZ... . BAD cause if they are that badly mis-quoting the specs, what else are the wrong about?!?

So if it is what he says it is, how do you know if it is any good. I don't expect any MPG increase, I am not that ignorant. But I don't want to give him $150 for something that doesn't work.
