Here is how I did it if anyone is intersested. It is not as fancy as the one CCahill (did I spell that right?) did on the dash, but I like the fact that I can close the tray and have a "Stealth" Comp!

Very nice install! Since the ashtray is so narrow ,i dont even use it for change. Now i need a locking ashtray-so i can keep the comp locked when my wife drives my truck ,
