Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Edge Comp question

I'm using a Blue chip Pump cover, and I was wondering how many volts are people getting out of the connection. vs. the connection of hooking to the pump wire. I was told if you don't have a good connection using your Blue Chip cover than the Edge Comp. will not preform right. So I would like to know what kind of volts everyone is getting out of there wire connection. .

hey a fellow mt man. i live in helena. as far as your blue chip cover i have never heard of anyone having problems with it. just don't use the ground connection on the cover use a chassis ground for the comp.

Just connected pump wire Yesterday using the BC Cover and I used a multi-meter instead of a light and I got 12v with key on. Hope this helps.
