Hello all,

After alot of reading here, I just replaced my Banks Big Hoss (160hp) with the Edge Comp, and wow what a difference. I had the Banks dynoed (260hp 530ft/lbs) and was a little disappointed. Hopefully I can get the edge dynoed soon, but by the seat off the pants it has more power. A few other things I noticed were no more white smoke at start-up, when you get on the interstate and set the cruise @ 65-70 it just runs instead of surging all the time, and alot smoother @ idle. I am also expecting Mach 1. 5's in the mail any day now. This bomb slope sure does get slippery!!!! :D

Yeah, I had the Banks connected before the service bulletin came out about voiding the warranty. So I figured since the warranty is gone might as well connect it on the edge also.

thats what i like about the edge boxes,,smoooth power !!

with the comp you should see the advertised rear wheel hp of 120 on the next dyno (unless you got the drag comp or a custom program which will show more) instead of the approx. 60 rwhp gain you got with the 160 hp banks system.

also,,keep in mind,,you will have to be able to supply the fuel that the big boxes are asking for in order to see advertised hp and then big enough injectors to finish the flow.

Yeah, I had the Wildcat Max Flow kit ordered, but after I talked to Rod he his having trouble getting the steel washers for the kit. After I get my injectors (1. 5's) in, I will probably start looking at the FASS or RASP systems to help on the fuel supply if needed.
