I have heard here many times it is great. I have some concerns about my Comp box. So far, 3 emails have gone unacknowledged.

I've always had better luck dealing with one individual at Edge and calling that individual on the phone for questions and follow-ups. YMMV

It's literally been years since I've had to send anything back for evaluation and/or repair. If I can remember who it was, I'll post his name, but at my age it's difficult (CRS, ya know! :{ ).



(Actually, I was always terrible at remembering names! :-laf )
