Some of you might recall my post from a few weeks ago, where I related my problem of having the wrong EZ box (that I discovered 5 months after purchase) and the dealer went out of business. Some of you advised that I contact Edge directly.
Well, I called Aaron on March 21 and he was very helpful. He gave me an RGA and even offered to pay the shipping, even though the mix up wasn’t Edge’s fault. I declined, because I didn’t want to take advantage of his generosity.
I shipped my box back to Edge on Monday the 24th and had the new, correct, EZ back on Friday the 28th.
I’m sure this doesn’t surprise many of you, but I wanted to publicly give Edge and Aaron a pat on the back.
