Edge EZ and a whole lot of weight = smoke

I towed my grandfather's 40' park model trailer from banning to reno this weekend and could hardly tell it was there. I had the ez on 5 and when I would let it lug down and up shift a nice black cloud would come streaming out and the truck would take off. At around 55mph and watching the boost gauge I averaged a wopping 21. 4 mpg. Oh yea did I mention that I LOVE this truck.

What was the EGT's and boost #'s please.

21. 4 with wide open runs pulling a 40' trailer. Was that by the overhead or handcalculated :-laf

I did hit the 1250 egt alarm a couple of times so I backed off but averaged around 650- 700 egt. Tried to keep the boost low and it was right around 9-14 on the big hills it was around 23-30, but if I really put the foot in it the x monitor alarm at 40 would go on. And 1250 pyro alarm would go on. All calculations were done by hand. My last fuel stop was in bridgeport on the way home and from there to riverside I used just under a quater of a tank.

I was going to take a pic of the overhead comp but the battery on the cam is dead so I'll let it charge and take one before lunch. It reads 23. 4 but always reads about 2 mpg high with the ez on.
