need your advise, got a box EDGE EZ have no gages jet. and i dont

know if i should drive my truck like this. box has 3 levels how safe would

i bee driving it on level 1 or 2 , . and what would make my EGT'S GO UP?. '

MILAGE with the box is a lot better -what do you think? :rolleyes:

You will be fine. The only time you will see high EGTs is if you are doing WOT runs or pulling heavy loads up hills, etc. Just use common sense and you don't have to worry.
 
I've been driving with an EZ for over a year now and as long as you're driving empty you won't have any exhaust temp problems at any of the four settings. I drive mine on level 3 and 4. I am currently driving on level 4 with no load and never see temps beyond 1200. If you're really worried just don't floor it.



If your pulling a heavy load I would still feel comfortable on level 2 with no heavy fueling. You'll realize after getting guages that the EZ box is one of the more conservative boxes (safe). I don't even think it can pop the fuel pressure relief valve.
