Edge EZ on ETH

What kind of hp increase can i expect with an edge ez on the ho engine? What other mods would you recommend? TIA

I did not dyno mine stock but with the Edge EZ only I was at 251 HP and 609 TQ. It ran great ,then I added the RV injectors and that really waked it up. I dynoed at 322 HP and I dont know the TQ #'s,at May Maddness they did not hook that part up to help speed the trucks through but it is noticlly way better.

I did a test on my H. O. with an EZ off of an ETC engine on a dyno and it only made 30 HP. Stock was 220 HP. EZ was 250 HP.

I just got a used EZ that came off an H. O. engine and it feels alot stronger I think Edge makes an EZ for the H. O. engine now.

I maybe WRONG But if this is only 30 HP. I can't wate to get injectors and get 30 more HP. Oo.

As soon as we have a MD- TDR dyno run then I will know what I got.

I dyno'd 231 hp stock, well, with just a few mods I did myself, I put an EZ on and HOLYS*** I am willing to bet I am real close to 275-300. There is a dyno run coming up in August. I'll find out then.

EZ, BD step 3's with the HX40 gave me 366 RWHP on the HO. I never dynoed with the EZ alone, but ran that way for a while before the larger turbo and step 3's were added. The EZ alone woke up the sleeping giant and keep the exhaust clear. It's a real kick in the pants for sure. I now run with the EZ and step 5's as a daily driver, keeping the TST for play only, it rocks and has kept me satisfied to date.



For the EZ alone, make sure you install the boost elbow. You will actually see lower egt's than when stock, while making more power. Other than that, maybe a better air filter at the most. Make sure your FP is good as well, I had a bad stumble when I running the EZ alone, turned out to be a dying lift pump.
