Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Edge EZ Part #s

I'm thinking of buying a used Edge EZ for my first power upgrade. I noticed on Edge's website that there is a different part number for the different years: EZD1000 for '98. 5 to '00, EZD1000A for '01 and EZD1000B for '02.



I have an '02 and the guy selling the EZ has an '00. Does this matter?
