Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Edge EZ power loss problem.

I have a 99 with an Edge EZ that I have had for around 3 yrs. While I was hunting last weekend I started having power loss. Nothing that set codes, just the loss of the EDGE EZ mod. I still had STD power. No stumbling or tachometer problems. No white smoke or missing. Still had boost up to 22lbs, not the 28lbs I am use to seeing. It feels like the EZ is turned off, nothing more. I checked the connections on the EZ for water and everything looked good. Hooked it backup and ran down the road for a check, and it felt like the EZ was back on! Drove to my destination turned off the truck for about 10 min. Started it again, and no EZ. Pulled over at a rest stop and pulled the connection apart and looked closer, and still did not see anything. Started the truck still no EZ. Ran all the way home with no EZ and shut the truck off to unload some gear. Started backup after 15 min. , and found that the EZ had kicked back in! Started this morning and no EZ. Went to lunch no EZ. Came back from lunch and the EZ kicked back in. ON and OFF all day today. Has any buddy else had this sort of problem? Ideas? Again I have not had any Check Engine lights.

I had a similar problem. Sent the box back to Edge and in a couple of business days they sent me a brand new box, no questions asked. I was really impressed with the companies warranty and customer service.
