Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) edge ez

I installed the edge ez today didn't make much of a difference in power to truck not many mods only mbrp 4" exhaust and bhaf any suggestions. I couldn't even tell i put the edge on really!

I put the Edge EZ on my 06 and felt the same way, minimal power increase, not worth $450, also increased valve rattling, acceleration not as smooth as stock, I think this is because the EZ just adds more fuel and the timing gets out of whack. I took it off after 2 weeks and sent it back, got the banks Six Gun, much better and smooth power, never caused a check engine light, I am happy with the Banks but I wouldn't mind trying a Smarty to compare.

Send it back & get a comp..... you'll notice it! The Smarty is awesome too..... I think I'd have to flip a coin here. The smarty is for towing & the comp is for racing. Smarty fuels hard on bottom.....comp fuels hard on top. Together they are a perfect match all the way through the powerband. Now... . which is more fun to drive... ... SMARTY! :-laf

I would have to agree, smarty for down low and a fuelng box for the top end.
