Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I think what I'm hearing are the injectors rattling way when I apply a load to the motor.
I popped off the box today and running her stock (just EGT plugged into the juice/attitude. Boy are things QUITE!. EGT are 200 lower for my drive in. I suppose not having power helps. When I got to work, It was rather difficult in comparison (to level 4 or 5) to get the EGT's to break 1000 down the side streets!!!
Anyways. The only way to get any sort of rattle outa the motor was 5th gear, 2500RPM and gun it. it was slight and quick but you hear a rattle, then the turbo spools and she goes, rattle goes away.
With the boxes, you can get the rattle in in most gears at just about any RPM above 1500 when you accelerate at a moddest to WOT. But once boost is there, rattle gone.
I hear that you can get to much timing with a TST + something else. But this is just a hot juice and ez box.
I have had these rattles for a long time now, nothings changed. Just wondering if I'm not really breaking anything over time? Could these boxes be bad and need a bench test/repair.
Geez, now that I'm leaving for a week (truck getting some warranty stuff done, leaky coolant from the front of the motor, u-joints here and there). I should of sent the boxes in to Edge.
Plus, unplugging the boxes allows for the DRB tests to be completed with out interference. This dealer is cool about performance parts. I've requested they run any tests they can on the fuel system, including lift pump flow tests. They've got 5 days... .....
