Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I have an Edge Insight CTS installed on my sig truck. It works great, as advertised, BUT, the temperature got cold here in north Florida and the intake heaters came on for the first time since I installed the Edge. I waited to start until the heater light went out and by that time the Edge came up and settled out. When I started the truck, the Edge beeped and went to a white screen and stayed that way, with no indications at all. It stayed on even when I shut the truck off and restarted. I had to unplug it from the port and reset the protocol to Dodge before it would work again. When the truck is at operating temp, if I shut it off and then turn the key on without starting and wait for the Edge to come up and then start it does the same thing. Apparently, the start sequence interupts power to it and it forgets which protocol it is set to and goes white screen. Has this happened to any one else, or do you guys have any thoughts about this? Sorry for the long post, I didn't think I could explain it any differently... . Thanks
