Edge insight parameters

Just purchased the Edge insight cts and starter kit w/ Pyro to replace mechanical gauges and to add a couple other parameters to monitor. After installing it and playing with it for a couple, I need to know more. As for as rail fuel pressure.
: what is the normal pressure at idle?
: what is the norm at highway speeds?
: what is normal for heavy acceleration?
: and for the rfp is that unit multiplied by 1000?

Next, I want to watch my fuel pressure from the lift pump. What do I need to hook up and monitor? Need to watch my airdog.

If there is a thread that has this info and more that I haven't seen please let me know. I want to learn all of what the Insight has to offer. For example, how to adjust my S06 POD from the Insight.

Idle: 6.9 to 7.5

1300-1400: 12.7 to 12.9

1400-1500: 14.7 to 13.6

1500-1600: 13.6 to 12.5

1600-1700: 12.5 to 14.8

1700-1800: 14.9 to 15.4

1800-1900: 15.4 to 15.1

1900-2000: 18.3 to 18.3

2000-2100: 18.2 to 18.1

2100-2200: 18.3 to 18.6

2200-2300: 18.6 to 18.9

2300-2400: 19.0 to 17.3

2400-2500: 17.3 to 17.3

2500-2600: 17.3 to 18.1

2600-2700: 21.2 to 21.7

WOT: ??? Never been there!

As to fuel pressure I'm measuring just before the CP3.

Thanks for the info, I've had my airdog pump motor go out twice so I'm looking to monitor that also. As far as WOT, I'm curious if the rail pressure will maintain? Rise? Or drop?
