Need some advise. I am looking at Edge Jammers stage 3 100hp. I live at 6000+ elevation and my question is will the stage 3 jammers perform at this elevation and with my mods? Are these to much injector for my turbo? Should I look a smaller tip? Any thoughts or advice is appreciated.

100hp injectors can and do work at higher altitudes. If you set the Comp box on 5x5, with your turbo, at your altitude, you will have to high of EGT's. The problem is that going to a larger turbo, will make the spoolup slower (as a general rule of thumb). You can always turn the Comp box down, until you have EGT's under control, or just use your right foot to control them.

The real question now is, what do you use your truck for? Towing? Drag racing? Daily driver? Hot Rodding on the street?

I very seldom do I tow, this is my daily driver and love to hotrod when I get the chance. :-laf

High altitude hot rodding can be a trick. From the point you are at now, to add more power, you are going to have to adjust your driving style. If you add more fuel you are going to need more air. Along with a larger turbo, you are going to notice slower spoolup, especially at higher altitudes. With 100hp injectors, and enough air it should put you around 450hp. In my opinion you will need somewhere around a 62/12 or 62/14 to supply enough air to make 450hp, and keep the EGT's under control. What I mean by adjusting your driving style, is you need to roll into the throttle (from an idle), instead of just flooring it. You may already be doing that... Of course there is always boosted launches... :D

A long time ago when my truck was much closer to stock, I made 468/1112 on Jammer 3's, and a Comp. Stock turbo.

The Pyro was out of sight:D

You should be ok with your setup. You'll have to watch it when you go a pull a long hill but I'm thinkin you'll not have to worry about it too much.

No meaning to highjack this thread but will be moving out there in next year year and half. I heard there is inspection for the trucks, do modified trucks make it through what does it consist of? do i have to detune?

I would check out the Formula one 1. 6 90 HP injectors. They are a much better quality injector than the Edge units. They cost more but hey you get what you pay for. My 1. 6's make 452 HP on my truck. I'm going to get on a more efficient Mustang dyno soon. The dyno I used robbed me of 10 lbs of boost and probably 50 HP\100TQ.
