FUEL LEAK in Rail?

13-14 MPG....Does This Sound Right?

So, I know this has been brought up a few times before. But I didn't notice any solutions (and gave up on the thread).

When it gets cold, the Edge juice stops fueling hard. This morning I wasn't able to even come close to pegging 1100EGT. like 1050 is all I saw. This was after I been driving for 30 minutes + 15 minutes of warmup + blockheater (when ever it's home or at work she's plugged in). Outside temps were about 10-14F on the drive in.

Boost numbers are low as well, nothing more then 31-32psi. I had a nice chance to rev out 5th gear and that's all I got today.

This is typical untill about 36-37F out. Once it's forsure above 37, fueling is typical, boost #'s are typical for the hot juice.

Right now, it feels like it's on level 2, maybe 3.

Anyone figure this out? I don't feel like popping the unit out and sending it to edge just yet. I think this is a good thing until I get that clutch replaced and broken in next month.

The Juice has a safety temp deal on it, engine temp needs to be over 169 degrees F. Nice feature, doesnt allow the motor to be ran hard until it is warm. I dont know if your trouble is something else, but this is how my Hot Juice works

yeah, i know this. My waters temps are always up before I get into the throttle. I get passed by little old ladies in the morning.

Then I promptly pass them once the trans and motor are at operating them.

This is directly related to outside air temps tho.

Call Edge they always have great customer service, at least i had great feedback and support

I did a while back. they havn't a clue about it being a problem. They asked for it to be sent in and tested.

I have done this way to many times right now to take it off and send it in. Maybe when it's warmer...

I felt as though mine was doing the same thing a couple weeks ago. Haven't driven thru any really cold temps lately tho. Can't get boost up pulling a long hill (494 E. of airport) in 5th with foot on floor. Feels like an EGT cutback when EGT's are way below cutback levels. Thought maybe funny fuel or ???

I've got another issue with my Juice that I'll wait to post about until after I have a chance to talk to Edge someday, hopefully soon. I don't think these things like "cold" weather. Truck's electronics works, why don't the chips'.
