Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) edge juice w/ attitude +turbo timer stopped working

Anyone have any information regarding why this could of all of sudden quit working. I searched on here and didnt find any similar problems, it is still on according to the menu but for some odd reason today it turned off with the key 3 times and never cooled down.

Double check your configuration, follow any troubleshooting steps in your owner's guide, then call Edge tech support... in that order. I haven't had any trouble out of mine, but my buddy just had a similar problem on his Powerstroke Evolution. Edge had to send him a ne one.

Just for an update. I've had my edge for about a year now and I talked to them via the phone to try and remedy my turbo cool down timer. They want the whole harness and attitude everything sent back. There is some update they would like to do with it. For other people, if you got down time and can live without it, check on upgrades. I believe my software was 1. 0 on my attitude if I recall correctly.
