Edge juice with attitude mileage coach

I just bought a new juice attitude, with cts2 monitor. I have messed around with mileage coach some but can't entirely figure it out, and how to properly set up. Any thoughts?

at each fill up you have to input the MPGs from hand calculating. after a while it's get VERY close to being accurate. was never spot on for me, but always within 1 mpg.

I did that, and I entered the furl cost as well but I can't figure out how to get it to display instant or average. Also I drive 55 to 65mph 90% of the time and the drive coach stays dead center of FAIR.
