What is the best way to route the attitude cable through the firewall and dash? I plan on using the stock velco and mount on the left side of the dash.

Thans for any help you can give,

MIKE

Mike,

I just installed mine, I went through an existing grommet in the firewall. As I bought an a-pillar for the srt-10, I removed my stock pillar, and went down through the gap in the dash. Hope this helps.

Clutch block off plate on automatic trucks

Mike, Since you have the auto trans you can drill thru the clutch rod block off plate. It's held by two nuts and the studs are molded into the plate. I took mine off and drilled it to a 3/4 inch size and found some 3/4 inch grommets. It's one way of routing the wires.

On Mine, we put it on the left side top of the dash with velcro. Ran it forward to the pillar then tucked it between the dash and the pillar down the the left then out under the hood. The door closes on the cable between the door and the seal. Been there awhile and there is no damage to the cable. I also put some tape around just in case. Now the nice part about this set up is if I have to take the truck in for service at a dealership I don't know, I can remove the whole setup in a matter of minutes!

Top left side also makes it very easy to read and adjust.
