Edge on 6 and truck surging when power braking, any solutions?

When I power brake the truck, Edge on 6, backdown disabled, My truck starts to surge at about 1500 RPM. Im thinking it has something to do with the TQ Management in the truck. As far as I know, Bully Dog is the only thing that removes the TQ Management. Any Ideas or thoughts?

Do you think your stock lift pump can supply enough fuel for an extra 160hp?

Not to mention a biger turbo or twins.
