I hope I'm not jinxing myself by posting now. My juice w/attitude is 6mo out of warranty and started acting up. Once, the truck wouldn't turn off at all. I had to unplug the box. I emailed them asking how much it was gonna cost to fix it. Shipping to them is my only cost!
They are fixing/upgrading under warranty. I don't mind an occaisonal probem if the company has good customer service. So far, Edge's seems to be great!
