I hope I'm not jinxing myself by posting now. My juice w/attitude is 6mo out of warranty and started acting up. Once, the truck wouldn't turn off at all. I had to unplug the box. I emailed them asking how much it was gonna cost to fix it. Shipping to them is my only cost! They are fixing/upgrading under warranty. I don't mind an occaisonal probem if the company has good customer service. So far, Edge's seems to be great!

I agree! They have had some issues the last few years and when they do, they seem to step up.

I agree too. I had problems with my edge w/attitude and everytime I called had no problems getting help I'm currently on my fourth new module and

I think we finally got it all fixed up.

i had edge on my truck for 2. 5 years an had one problem an all i had to do was call them an send it in an they did it withen the week. Customer service was great. Edge products are good IMO

Got it back yesterday. Now I have to finish putting the transmission in so I can try it out. They reflashed/upgraded it.

I have had mine since 2005 and so far I have had the attitude replaced due to the readout freezing up and now it's freezing up again and they want me to send the attitude and computer to them so they can check it out but if its broke I have to pay for a replacement and since it has allready had issues to begin with that to me is BS. Yea you get great service as long as you pay for it twice!and I have to take a car on my trailer up to Montana in a month I'm not happy about this, I guess I will just use it broke like my pockets with the fuel costs. #@$%!
