I wanted to take the opportunity to thank Edge Products for their excellent customer service. I snapped off one of the plug locks on my EZ (which I've had for over two years) and contacted Edge. They instructed me to send it to them and told me they thought they could repair it. I did, and 4 days later received a replacement, no questions asked. Now that's what I call service. I will always remain loyal and recommend them to anyone. Thanks, Edge!!
