So I've got this weird thing happening after startup. As soon as I start the engine things work fine. The display shows correctly updating the boost, egt and other numbers in real time. After a while of driving (seems like it happens more after I get on the highway running continues speed) the display gets stuck and doesn't update. I hit the pedal or let go and coast and the numbers stay the same. Only after a minute or so it updates but then gets stuck again. Seems like the update/refresh cycle changes to minutes instead of seconds.
The menu's still work. I can change between stages (0 stock, 1 mileage, 2 tow, etc. ) but the display numbers for boost, egt are still stuck.
Only when I pull off the highway and maybe ride around it gets back to a quick/every second refresh rate.
Is this normal???? Is it broken? Should I call or send it back to Edge for tests???
Weird thing is my mileage is suffering lately and I'm not sure if its a result of this edge go wacky or a dirty air cleaner. I blew out the K&N AFE filter which seemed to help but mileage still stinks.
Also... ... . when the numbers get stuck I have to push the truck up hills when towing light... . and the boost goes to a high of about 32 psi and then slowely climbs to 40+ with little increase or maybe loss of power.
Something isn't right, but not sure which to test first.
Any suggestions would be helpful! Thanks!
