Edge ...what a great company

Just got my Edge EZ back , had to send it in because it quite working a couple of weeks ago.

I originally bought it refurbished over two years ago and they warrantied it with a completly brand new one. and only took a week and a half (including shipping time) to get it back to me.

When my original comp went bad, they sent me the wrong one to replace it. That was a Friday afternoon... ... I had the correct one the next morning at 10

Well,

Does anyone have the number for Edge handy? I have it at home, but I'm at work.

I think there is something wrong again. No smoke and the truck is sluggish. Can there be anything

wrong with truck to make the Edge go bad ? I've had one for a couple of years now with no problems now all of a sudden it quites working. The other day I plugged it in drove to work everything was fine, then on the way home nothing.

check all your connections twice

Make sure to use plenty of di-electric grease in all the connections.



Maybe Edge is having some issues because I too had to warrantee a Drag Comp and after two replacements I am still stuck with one that if you want to change the sublevels you need to go up one level and change them. Yes, you read right..... Sublevels on 2 effect 1, sublevels on 3 effect 2, sublevels on 4 effect 3 and sublevels on 5 effect 4 and 5. Then to make matters worse I am getting the same maximum boost on levels 4 and 5 which tells me that level 5 isn't working. At least I am assuming it is level 5 that doesn't work because my total boost is down about 4 psi from the original box. :{ Aaron says to check back in a month and see if the problem has been corrected. Anyone else have this problem?
