Edge with Attitude question.

about once every year, my edge likes to give me the

"warning" and make me accept them 3 times... its almost like a reset. i have to change my display back to how i want it... ... ... can anyone chim in on this???

Iv also experienced this problem many of times, I called edge and they said its normal. To me its more anoying than anything, Iv had it happen more often now that the edge is getting older.

If someone told you that it is normal they obviously did not want to help you. Several of my friends had the same problem. One of my friend's Edge reset every single day! My other friend sent his back as directed by Edge and they repaired it for him. As for the one that was reseting every day he went to a Smarty and hasn't looked back since. I had some issues with my Edge so i took the actual computer part from the EDge that was resetting every day and installed it in my truck. I already had the Edge so i left the wiring and the attitude in place. This was four months ago and it has not reset in my truck. So the problem must be in the attitude monitor or the actual harnes itself.



If you have your hot wire connected to a fuse prong in your fusebox, switch it to the other fuse prong. This sometimes fixes it as i was told by Edge.



If you speak to Edge they will repair it and send it back to you.
