EDM injectors for 03?

What the heck is the difference in regular injectors and the EDM kind? This is most likely a bonehead question but I don't know the answer so I thought I'd ask

EDM stands for Electric Discharge Machining. It allows for Much more precise machining. IE smaller holes and more of them compared to conventional machine work.

Don came back on the DTR and said they were in the research stage and pointed towards DD for now.
