Are you talking about the jammers, or dons???

If you are talking about jammers, Diesel Dynamics does not flow test them. Or at least they weren't doing it 6 months ago.

Jammers. All Don's injectors are matched to the nth degree.

Am I the only one that thinks NOT flow testing injectors is an issue? I don't necessarily think you have to flow test every one once you have the specs ironed out. But it takes some tight QC with the EDMing to not need a flow test.

I'll stick with Don.

I agree. I think all injectors should be tested for spray angle and flow.

DD did not do this for along time.

I can order in Jammer tips and I still flow every single set that I get to ensure they are all +/- 0. 5% of each other.

The only gipe I have is the way edm's are priced.

I can see why extrude hone injectors are more expensive as the size gets bigger. To make the bigger injector, the injector has to stay in the extrude machine longer.

But the edm process, it cost as much to make a 40 hp injector as a 210 hp injector.

I guess the edm machine is very expensive and someone has to pay for it...
