edge comp compatibility ques.

Edge coming out with a Turbo??

This sucks, that was a whoop ass ride until the turbo decided to call it quits, looks like I learned a lesson here.

Holy shrapnell batman!!!

I guess I forgot that if the turbine part of the turbo disintegrates, it will send stuff thru the intercooler back into the engine. Doooh!!!

What an expensive BOOM!!

Maybe someone should come up with a non-restrictive screen in the intercooler to contain possible turbo detonation pieces... maybe a TAG of sorts!! :D :D :D

Just kidding!! :D

EDM's went in great, but the turbo could not handle it. The impeller blew apart and shoved all kinds of metal through the motor. I will post some pics when I get them uploaded...

No offense aimed toward you, but I am just itching to correct you. The "impeller" is called a compressor. On the cold side is the centrifugal compressor to be exact (as opposed to axial). The hot side has the turbine. Sorry, just one of my pet peaves. My father was an A&P and I learned jet engine parts fast and since the turbocharger is similar to a jet engine they share part names.

Hey! That aint funny... . Twins would be wicked, These injectors are the real deal for fuel Im gonna say that right now, Even though I only got a little driving in on them the low end torque was painfully obvious... .

Couldn't it also be called the "pin wheel" ????
