EGT gauge is acting strange

I am hoping one of you gentlemen here can help me. Last year I installed DiPricol EGT and boost gauges, from Genos, on my truck and they have both functioned without a hitch until now. The boost gauge works great, no problems. However, the EGT gauge sometimes doesn't show over 150 degrees or will flop up and down between 400 and 150 degrees. Mostly this seems to be happening on the days it is raining. When it is dry, this doesn't seem to happen. Last time it happened I got out, popped the hood, and checked to be sure all was screwed in and connected and everything looked OK. I closed the hood, got in the truck, and the gauge showed 300 degrees, just like it should, worked fine til the next time I shut it off, then started jumping around again.



Anyone have any ideas what is going on here? Is the thermocouple going south on me or is the gauge the problem? Maybe both? Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Mine done that and I ended up replacing the thermocouple, Geno's sent me a new one no charge but it had only been in the truck about 3 months, give em a call they were good to me.

Check all of your connections and be sure they are tight.
